Product discovery with Tikkie.
Arguably the biggest Dutch fintech success story, the Tikkie payment platform is used by millions of consumers and businesses to send and receive money every day.
Between 2019 and 2020, I worked with Tikkie product leadership to uncover, prototype and validate potential new growth opportunities.
Our goal was to come up with exciting new propositions that would solve meaningful problems for Tikkie's Gen Z audience while complementing the platform's existing feature set.
In this role, I ran the product discovery team, continuously validating high-potential product ideas in experiments and qualitative studies. Based on emerging customer and product insights, I worked with product management to inform and reprioritize the product roadmap.
