Uncovering growth opportunities for Odido
In 2023, leading Dutch telcos T-Mobile and Tele2 merged to become Odido—a radical new brand identity for a company serving a combined 8 million customers.
As part of this massive rebrand project, I was hired by digital agency Code d’Azur for a short, 8-week project to explore and prototype new, high-potential growth opportunities for their mobile platform.
I designed and built prototypes for dozens of new product and service concepts, many of them aiming to help customers get the most out of their subscription. I ran guerilla-style interviews to get early customer feedback and helped T-Mobile prioritise their roadmap.
