Digitizing the KLM cabin crew.

In early 2015, KLM's Inflight division hired Mirabeau (part of Cognizant) to fundamentally rethink their cabin crew's day-to-day work with the help of digital tools and services.

I was involved from day one—envisioning, prototyping, validating and eventually shipping a succesful tablet app that today is used by 9.000 cabin crew members all over the world.
