A digital health service for Albert Heijn customers.

While working with Handmade in 2017, I led a product design team that—in collaboration with the Netherlands Nutrition Centre—developed a digital service for Albert Heijn to help Dutch consumers achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Tightly integrated into grocery customers' digital and physical shopping journey, this initiative aimed to encourage Albert Heijn customers to make healthier decisions. This was achieved using a mix of playful, educational content on nutrients, and helpful tools and calculators.
