While I worked with product invention lab Handmade in 2017, grocery retailer Albert Heijn hired our team to explore the future potential of voice assistants.
I led a mixed team of physical/digital product designers that developed a fully-functional assistant prototype in under 12 weeks—prioneering work that eventuelly grew into the Google Assistant integration that Albert Heijn launched in 2018.
