An iconic brand at the intersection of high-performance sportswear, lifestyle and fashion, stories have always been at the heart of adidas’ ability to build relationships with their diverse, global consumer base.
In 2022, I worked with adidas to envision and design an intelligent, unified content management platform based on atomic content and AI to deliver highly personalised stories to consumers across the adidas ecosystem.
In this role, I worked closely with the Content Technologies leadership team in Amsterdam to fundamentally rethink workflows, prototype new product ideas, and establish roadmap priorities.
Together with consumer-facing product teams, data science, content strategy and engineering, I helped to move high-level concepts into fully functional proofs-of-concept and ultimately ship the new platform as a Minimal Viable Product.
