Blending iconic sport storytelling with fast, social-first content, stories have always been key for adidas to shape culture, build brand and drive demand.
In 2022, I worked with adidas to envision and design an intelligent, unified content management platform based on atomic content and AI to deliver highly personalised stories to consumers across the adidas ecosystem.

In this role, I worked closely with the Content Technologies leadership team in Amsterdam to fundamentally rethink workflows, uncover product opportunities, and establish roadmap priorities.
Together with product, data science, content strategy and engineering, I helped to move high-level concepts into fully functional proofs-of-concept and ship the new platform as a Minimal Viable Product.
